Very surprised by this response that honda would tell me to get "better" parts outside if their own liftgate struts are not up to the job they are designed to do for years without failure. Told me that if i felt the struts were not high quality and effective in holding the liftgate up i should look for 3rd party manufactured struts that filled my needs better. It would same honda uses defective or inferior parts for these struts. Honda was contacted and claims there are no known defects with the struts and that they are "far" outside the replacement warranty window of 12 months. This is less than two years since last replacement for a major functionally necessary component of the mini-van. On this struts again failed instantaneously (used without problems around 2pm), failed at 4:30pm. Within several months, struts again failed and were replaced by honda. Honda (under extended warranty plan) replaced both struts. This caused the heavy liftgate to no longer stay on the open/up position. Honda odyssey 2007 liftgate non-powered lift struts failed instantaneously. In addition, my son recently purchased tires for his suv from this same walmart he was not given any information about tpms sensors and none were installed. There were no notifications posted on the walls in that car center. They reluctantly replaced the tires, but even worse the tpms light is still on. I do not feel safe driving this suv ad i believe that walmart is violating the tread act. On 4/15/21, i contacted goodyear and they gave no information on tpms. His first observation was in october 2018, shortly after walmart installed the tires. My mechanic drive the suv and his observation was "the front tires are out of round by 1/4 inch and inner side wall bulging". I never experienced the tpms coming on until walmart replaced my tires. This center should be closed lives are at stack and the workers are rude and are not following the tread act. Today i filed another complaint with walmart headquarters.martha, the person that took the complaint stated that i would be contacted by the car center. I made over 20 telephone calls to the car center without the phone being answered. The problem of the wobbling tires had not been solved. After haggling with the staff fo over 4 hours, they replaced the two tire. On april 15, 2021, i filed a complaint with walmart at the main office and took the suv to the hammond, indiana car center. Two weeks ago, driving the van the tires seemed to be wobbly, i had the air pressure checked again and again. I frequently had the air pressure in the tire checks. The manager did not know what a tpms sensor was did not have any in the shop. The tpms light came on, i returned the van to walmart they never fixed the problem and i made five visits. Tires prurchased from walmart 10/6/18 were installed improperly and they changed the manufactures calibration. IF THIS OCCURS, A SMALL AMOUNT OF BRAKE FLUID COULD SLOWLY LEAK FROM THE SEAL INTO THE BRAKE BOOSTER. IF REPLACEMENT BRAKE FLUID IS USED THAT DOES NOT CONTAIN SUCH POLYMERS, OR THAT CONTAINS ONLY SMALL AMOUNTS, A PART OF THE RUBBER SEAL LOCATED AT THE REAR OF THE BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER MAY BECOME DRY, AND THE SEAL MAY CURL DURING MOVEMENT OF THE PISTON. BRAKE FLUID CONTAINING POLYMERS IS USED THAT ACTS AS A LUBRICANT FOR CERTAIN BRAKE SYSTEM COMPONENTS. HONDA IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2005-2007 ODYSSEY AND ACURA RL VEHICLES.
